About Calcul Divorce
Radif Partners
Publisher of calculators and practical guides · the money side of divorce and separation in France, child support, tax and CAF benefits
Radif Partners publishes salary, tax and benefit calculators for several countries. This site started from a plain observation: France’s official child support simulators give one figure and stop. A parent negotiating support immediately asks three more questions: what will the CAF pay if the amount is low, what does the support really cost once it is deducted from income tax, and what will it be worth in three years once indexed. We answer them in one place, with one engine.
Why the money side of divorce
The site began with child support, then widened to every sum a French divorce or separation puts at stake: compensatory payment, soulte and division of property, the cost of the procedure, tax in the year of separation, benefits with shared custody, the survivor’s pension. Each follows its own rule; each page calculates it with the same engine, from the same official sources.
How we work
A figure is only useful if you can trace it back to the rule behind it. Every parameter is read at its source (Ministry of Justice, service-public.fr, CAF, tax administration), written once in a dated parameter file, and every page takes it from there. Rows of the official table run as automated tests: if the engine drifts by one cent, the site is not published. Details are in the methodology.
What we are not
Radif Partners is not a law firm, a family mediator or a public body. We do not sell referrals to lawyers and take no commission. The site gives a documented estimate, never a decision: only the family court judge (JAF), or a court-approved agreement, sets child support.
Funding
The site is free. If it ever shows advertising, it will never sit above the calculator. No data is sold: the calculation runs in your browser.
Why an English version
Every page exists in French and in English, for English-speaking parents who live in France or have a child there. French terms (JAF, ARIPA, ASF) are explained, and amounts stay in euros.
