Purpose and no advice

The site offers, free of charge, a child support calculator based on the French Ministry of Justice reference table, with explanatory guides. Results are estimates: neither personal legal or tax advice nor a decision. Only the family court judge (JAF), or an approved or enforceable agreement, sets child support. Method and limits: methodology.

Liability

Parameters are updated at each uprating and the engine is checked against rows of the official table, with no guarantee that errors are absent. The publisher is not liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of an estimate. Errors can be reported via the contact page.

Intellectual property

Texts, graphics and code are protected and remain the publisher’s property; short quotations with a link to the original page are allowed. Public data quoted is reused under the Etalab open licence.

Inputs never leave your browser. See the privacy policy and the cookies page.
